"Dictionaries generally define paganism as any polytheistic religion or any non-Judeo-Christian religion."

"Wicca is a religion founded in the mid-20Th century by Gerald Gardner. It was strongly influenced by Ceremonial Magic, which Gardner was familiar with both through the OTO and the Co-Masons. It also adopted many aspects of Witchcraft, and Wiccans who choose to work magic almost always call themselves Witches instead of Magicians. Witchcraft exists comfortably, but is in no way required, within Wicca.

Wicca is defined by three things: belief in God and Goddess, the Wiccan Rede, and the Law of Return."

Excellent website for information on Wicca, and the source of these two quotations:

"Atheism, in its broadest sense, is the absence of theism (the belief in the existence of deities). This encompasses both people who assert that there are no gods, and those who make no claim about whether gods exist or not."

pre christian unchristian religions: Most of which worshiped the elements and nature

wicca: Is witch in desguise; tho they deny it
pagan: Refers to aboriginal unchristian religion

Wicca is a religion, Pagan is a blanket term for many religions. Atheism is a philosophy that there is no God.

The first two can be easily correlated, I can't find a comparison other than none of them are monotheistic. Two are polytheistic and one is non theistic.

Pagan is a group of religions. Wicca is a specific Pagan religion. Atheists do not believe in the concept of deity. That is, any God, Christian or otherwise.

Some Pagans are Wiccans, all Wiccans are Pagans. No Atheists are Pagans and no Pagans are Atheists!

Although there are some Atheists witches, but that's a whole norther chapter.
