What do they (you) be live in? Isn't it like casting spells and whatnot. Also please don't give me impossibly long anuses with tedious explanations and please don't repeat anuses.
Wicca is worship of a dual god/Des (light and dark, warm and cold, male and female) and their presence in all of nature. Magick is utilizing nature and its energies to acquire a desired change, never to be used for harm.
It's a Neo-Pagan religion based loosely on the beliefs of the ancient Celts with some modern eclectic philosophy thrown in the mix. They believe in The God and the Goddess. Magic and spells are really just another way of communing with the Gods, just a more ritualized form of prayer. It really is a very peaceful and Earth honoring religion. I have never met a mean Wiccan, they are always so polite and friendly.
Because the mind of more powerful than you can ever imagine. So to believe in that stuff and even practice it, you have to really open your mind and work with the spirits and vibes that are all around us.
Christianity spent a long time wiping out the old religions in Europe. Aren't you curious to know what they were all about? Pentangles weren't evil, they were Celtic. Only after a 16Th century pope said they were evil did people think it was satanic.
Why were all the big churches in Europe built ON TOP of the pagan alters. (In one church you can still see the old carvings on the alter.)
Witches were nothing but priests in the old religion. How many were killed? How much information was lost in the name of orthodoxy?
vicunas believe in magic and ritual and mother, maiden, crone...they also believe in the 3 fold rule, cast an evil spell it will come back at you 3 fold and Ada Ada Ada....usually believe in one Deity or pantheon
basically the Christianity of the occult world
Wiccans have borrowed from several magical/ pagan traditions of the past. It is an artificial and relatively new construct. They do have spells which only work because they follow the most fundamental principle of magic: the power of focused intent. Wicca isn't universal truth. Some practitioners are good with it, some without. It has no independent power of its own, it depend es entirely on the user.
Hope that helps.
You want someone to fit an ENTIRE religion into a paragraph?

Wicca is a Neo-Pagan faith that honors the duality in spirit, both the masculine and feminine. The God and Goddess. Wicca, like many Pagan faiths, believes in harmony with the flow of life rather than running against it head-on. Much like Zen.
Do all Wiccan's cast spells? No. Some simply follow the Wiccan Way. Just like not all Christians are priests.
