(I am Christian, but I like to specialize in studying the beliefs of Satanist and Wiccans)
The term 'Pagan' has no clear, absolute meaning. It is used in various contexts. However, for the sake of this questions, I will assume that 'Pagan' means 'Satanist'.
So what is the difference between Satanist and Wicca? Wicca is involved in witchcraft, without making reference to Satan. Wicca does not believe in the existence of God or Satan. They believe in the power of the forces of the universe. The elements and spirits are the sources of their power.
Satanists make reference to God and Satan, but nor do they serve Satan as a Deity. Rather, Satanists make reference to Satan as a symbol of free will and nonconformity. Satan was the angel Lucipher who rebelled against God, and was cast out of Heaven because he decided to take his own route. Rather than seeing this as an event of evil, Satanists see this as an event to learn from. Satan was cast out of Heaven for his rebellion against God. He took a stand and did what was forbidden.
Satanists worship themselves as their own god. Satanists are self-serving, while Wiccans attempt to make peace with all by any means necessary. Wiccans look out for others while Satanists look out for themselves. But the key difference between the two is the recognition of God and Satan. Satanists recognize God and Satan in their practices (though not as deities or powers, but symbols), while Wiccans do not recognize God or Satan at all.
