If you're interested in Wicca, first consider that it entails a lot of self-teaching and research.
http://wicca.timerift.net is your best friend. You'll find very basic information, some well-written articles and, IMHO, the best recommended reading list I've seen thus far, There is also a link on the reviews page that gives you a list of books to read as a beginner (and what order to read them in).
The first book I think you should pick up is Wicca for Beginners (Thea Sabin). If you're still interested after that, read Wicca & Living Wicca (Scott Cunningham). Still on board? The Elements of Ritual (Deborah Lipp).
If you're interested in the history, see Triumph of the Moon (Ronald Hutton). This is an academic book and is a hard read if you're not familiar with dense texts.
Note: Wicca and witchcraft are two different things. They're certainly not mutually exclusive and, indeed, many Wiccans are also witches but you should read information about each subject separately. Books that focus on magic almost never give a good account of the Wiccan religion and books that are actually worth reading about Wicca generally assume that you've got some background knowledge or other sources to refer to about magic. Tackle both separately if you want a clear picture of each.
If you decide that Wicca is for you...
- decide whether this is something you want to keep to yourself or speak to your parents about. Being honest about it can be great if your parents are open to the idea as you'll be able to get their help acquiring books and supplies. If they're not comfortable with it, they might go so far as restricting your access to information about Wicca (which is totally within their rights as your parents). Consider this carefully and decide whether it's worth the possibility of a massive fight. Once you're out of their house it won't matter and the time spent learning and not practicing in an elaborate manner is a good route to take.
- you don't need to run down and spend all your pocket money on fancy tools. Hand gestures and cheap dollar store candles are great for now and much easier to hide if you do decide that this is no ones business but your own. Tools don't make the Wiccan, so get a notebook and a pencil and keep it to that for a while.
Best of luck
