Having a ceremony for the sake of having a ceremony will get you nothing. I'd suggest you look into what you wish to celebrate, what symbols are appropriate for this, and why. If I were you, I'd spend an hour or two tonight reading in depth sources on Wicca (not those obnoxious ~~~Intro to ~*W*i*C*c*A~ ~~~ pages). See what you're looking to gain from your new religion and what ceremonies will symbolize and help you better understand. If you burn candles for no other reason than to have a novel Wiccan ceremony that you don't understand, there's no real point to it.

Slow down Sweet, you're putting the cart before the horse if you already have the candles, but don't know what to do with them.

And unfortunately I'm about to confuse you just a little bit more by telling you that you really don't need candles or any other tools to practice or have a ritual...

You need to learn a great deal more about what you're doing before you can start doing rituals, First get a copy of Scott Cunningham's Wicca: A Guide for the Solitary Practitioner - very good book for giving a beginner the basics.

While your waiting to get the book:

The New Moon is coming up, that is the phase best used for new beginnings. Take your white candle, put it in a candle holder and sit down in a dark room with the candle in front of you. Light it and gaze into the flame. Relax, breathe, and take some time examining the reasons why you want to be Wiccan and what you expect to gain from it spiritually. You can make a personal pact with yourself to begin serious study of the religion to have read at least one beginner book by the Full Moon - Which is the moon phase for completing workings started at the New Moon

First of all, I think you need to do more studying. It sounds more like you want to look Wiccan than actually know what Wicca is about.

Rituals always have a purpose. You don't do one just for the fun of it. And how the ritual is constructed is based on its purpose, not what items you have laying around the house.

By your logic, a surgeon would go into an operating room and determine what to do on the patient based on the tools available, rather than figuring out what the patient needs and then bringing the appropriate tools.

Some places to start:

Your candles could probably be used for any circle as representatives for the four elements + energy, and one candle to just hon our the God and Goddess. The moon phase is generally not that big a thing, although the waning moon is good for banishing negativity. If I were you I would start by researching and then on the next es bat (full moon) you should do a very small, simple ritual to hon our the Goddess and God and to just contact them.
Hope I helped

I think you have things backwards. You should determine the ritual you wish to do first THEN get the supplies. It's useless to have items and not know what to do with them.

Study more, then practice.
