In short: Wicca is a polytheistic, Noe-pagan, nature-based religion.

Wicca is a nature based and no it doesn't mean black magic. Wicca believe in harm none. They are more than willing to help you if you need too. They will do no bad deed. They believe in the 3 fold law what you give out is what you get back only 3 times. They are usually herbalists and wish magic it is to help them selves not to harm another. You are freaked out don't be they are very nice people I should know cause I am.
Although they will defend themselves if they have to but that's the only way or to protect someone from harm.

Wicca is a religion. Many people like to claim it means "Wise" but I have never seen that description in *any* dictionary short of about 15 years ago.

Many will also say that they do not practice black magic. Many newcomers to the religion will adamantly state that they practice white magic only, and this too is an erroneous statement. For one, Wiccans focus solely on building and maintaining a relationship with their Goddess and God. They do NOT focus on magic and spell work. One may choose to incorporate the practice of Witchcraft into their religious workings (which DOES focus on magic and spell work) because Witchcraft is a complimentary practice to Wicca, but one does not have to practice one in order to be the other. Magic is neither black nor white. It is a neutral force that remains neutral until intent is placed within.

Well, they want to save the planet and some in the big oil company might think that is evil! Lil

They want to eat healthy, natural foods and some doctors think the Wiccans will put them out of business. Maybe they think that. I'm being
funny with a very serious purpose.

They do not force religion or beg for new members and some think that makes them evil.

They follow the rule of harm none and many think that is evil. If you harm none a lot of people will be afraid of you.
