no, just means that the candle was made of things which don't burn fast. In Magic candles are only tools to help you focus your intent. And Wicca is not witchcraft it is a religion. Magic is witchcraft. When you read about "Wicca magic" of any kind, it is written by a Witch who is a Wicca. Wicca is a RELIGION. Witchcraft and magic doesn't need or use religion, deities nor the christian demons/devil to work.

It's a slow burning candle - if you need a candle that burns in a shorter amount of time for spells that call for the candle to burn all the way out, I would suggest using 1-hour chime candles or 2-hour tea lights because I often have the problem that if I light a candle and then have to leave but it hasn't burnt out yet, then I have to re-do the spell later. Just make sure you have the time for it.
