You're going to have a hard time finding one 'out in the open'. They're secretive for a reason.
Try going to Wilcox.com and attending events in your area, you'll meet lots of great people, and if a Gard group is right for you, they'll find you. In the mean time, you might just find one that's suited to you, that isn't Gard.
The fact is you're not likely to find such. Gardnerians are very private about their practices. Even if there is a group in your area (and many areas do not have such a group), they are unlikely to be advertising their presence.
If you go to public events in your area, and there are Gardnerians present, you might meet them there. Hwoever, even then they may only identify their associations after they come to know you. And just because you know someone is Gardnerian doesn't mean you'll be invited into their group.
Witchvox.com is a good site, also http://www.meetup.com/find/ and if you have pagan pride day near your town, that might be a good place to start. There's not a lot of garnering style covens any longer, tend to be a more eclectic. so good luck
