Don't now about boarding schools, but you may be able to find a coven. This is the time of year when many of them accept new seekers.

No; Wicca doesn't really work like that.

Wiccan parents don't tend to raise their kids Wiccan-- Pagan, sure. Influenced by Wicca, possibly. But not specifically Wiccan. Becoming Wiccan is more like becoming a minister or priest, you have to choose it, it can't be decided for you.

There are a few correspondence schools and some classes in various cities... but, reputable ones don't take minors.

Just curious... you know Wicca & Witchcraft are 2 different things, right? That training in the Craft does not make you Wiccan?

I'm not aware of such a thing existing anywhere.

First of all, there's just not that many of us. it would be difficult for such a school to find enough students.

Second,I've found that a whole lot of Wiccans find the very idea inappropriate. Wiccans generally do not feel that their children are better off sequestered among the own and not interacting with the rest of the world.

In addition, many of us don't believe in training our children in the faith. Faith should be something they want to be a part of, not something forced upon them. So while children may be involved in general family celebrations, they are much less often specifically trained in Wicca.

Where did you come up with the idea of a Wiccan boarding school?

There is more of Harry Potter than reality in that idea.

Let me get this straight... You are training to be a Witch, but want to go to a Wiccan School... You seem to be getting you ideas wrong... Witches can be ANY or NO religion, even Christian since you don't need Deities, RELIGION nor Demons (a christian belief) to work magic. So which is it Witch, Wiccan or Both? No, there are no Wicca boarding schools unless you are studying the Corrillian path which actually does off courses in both Wicca (Polytheistic RELIGION) and Witchcraft. Still, they (I believe) are Midwest or back east. If there are in Calif. that it has only been recently since there were none all the years I had lived there.
