Default Atheist Wicca Groups in Perth? And what happened to WitchNic?

I am an atheist, but I want to become an atheist Wicca. I am trying to find a group or coven of atheist vicunas, or at least vicunas, in Perth. I found out over the Internet about an event called WitchNic, which sounded great, but the website no-longer exists and was not saved in the archives... has this event been canceled? Please, no preachers from other religions or haters, just advice. I have researched Wicca as much as I possibly can and have made my decision.

Thanks in advance
Please not that my ID is a word play on my name, I am not Satanic or anything like that
Being an Atheist Wicca means that you do not believe in the Wicca higher beings. This means (the goddess and god). You see the deities as symbols rather than actual beings.

I am sorry, but how can you be an Atheist when you are also a member of the religion Wicca?

Are you mixing up Wicca with Witchcraft? While Wicca does involve some Witchcraft, it is more of a religion. Witchcraft has nothing to do with religion and anybody, as long as they can handle it with patience and respect, can be a Witch.

I'm an atheist but my mom is Wicca. They are just as incorrect about the nature of the universe as theists but at least they have a strict adherence to not harming any, and I can respect that.

It's a fabulous new religion! WICCATHEISM! In any event, it sounds very...um mm....niche. I don't imagine it will be very easy to find many of your fellow adherents even in a large city like Perth.

Don't take this the wrong way, I have nothing against Wicca. But you can't be Atheist and Wicca, since Wicca is a religion and Atheism is the absence of supernatural beliefs.

You can find local events and groups at Wilcox.com.

There are not many atheist Wiccans out there; however they are there, and a lot of Wiccan groups wouldn't care anyway if you were atheist.
