You didn't really specify what subject, or aspect, you are looking for so here is a variety.

Beginner stuff:

The Real Witches Handbook by Kate West
The Witches Bible by Janet and Stewart Farrar

History:

"Triumph of the Moon" & "Stations of the Sun" by Ronald Hutton

Early Wicca

Anything by Gerald Gardner and Doreen Valiente

More advanced:

Becoming Magick by David Rankine
Progressive Witchcraft by Ariadne Rainbird and David Rankine

Grimoire for the Apprentice Wizard by Oberon Zell Ravenheart. Wiccan book, although the author doesn't admit to it.

Avoid ANYTHING by Silver Ravenwolf.

I personally like anything by Scott Cunningham, Ann Moura, and Anne-Marie Gallgher.

And I agree, steer clear from Silver Ravenwolf.

I would suggest starting off with Scott Cunningham.

My personal collection includes Raymond Buckland, the Farrars, and a few others but I would say that you'd have to specify what *type* of Wicca you're looking into because there's so many books out there nowadays that you'd be surprised how different some of them may be. Here's a links of suggestions from others:
