What is the pentacle for other than protection?

Nanna, Isis, Astarte, Selene... are Goddesses

The pentacle can be used to symbolize faith, to represent Earth, to represent the physical elements, etc.

they are goddesses... but I have never heard of holy sin...


The pentacle means many things to many people. To me it it the symbol of my faith and it represents the 5 elements and the cycles of life that bind us all together.

they are gods and goddess. some say Nana is the also called sin and Isis is the goddess of motherhood, magic and fertility and Astarte was known as a love goddess. the Greeks called her Aphrodite. Selene is a moon goddess and the holy sin i dint know.
and the pentacle is also a symbol of who we are it represents the elements and spirit. and when u really look at it. its a person surrounded by the earth stating that we are apart of the earth not just living on it.

the pentacle exists in many cultures and religions. For some witches, it symbolized elemental power, for others, it symbolizes healing connections, in my path of witchcraft, the star is the symbol of prosperity.
