Nonsense. It doesn't work that way. Blaming bad choices or unfortunate circumstances on witchcraft is as silly as a Christian refusing to accept responsibility for some crappy thing they did by saying "the Devil made me do it".
I've been a witch for nearly 25 years and I'm telling you that no body's hexing your life. Get your act together, make the right choices instead of the easy ones, and stop thinking so negatively. If you think some thing's going to be bad, it will. If you work towards making your life better and believe it, then it will be.
In the meantime, don't blame nonexistent hexes for your problems. You'll feel better and be happier when you realize that's nonsense. And ignore this person who told you such crap. They're no friend of yours.
Witchcraft is nothing to fool around with. Evil spirits love the opportunity to work their magic , if that's what you want to call it, it all falls under the occult. You need to ask people to pray for you so that you can be set free. I'll pray for you too.

They say it goes back at them 3 fold so that should give you some so lice. Otherwise try waiting until the Sun is at 45deg, so your shadow is the same length as your height, face away from the sun, and over water deep/safe enough to jump in (know how to swim and remember to breath), then focus your energy on your reflection with the sun behind your head - focus you energy on being the reflection, and then fall face first through the reflection into the water... they'll leave the energy attached to the water where your energy was.
