Would like some info on wicca, witchcraft, ie spells?

I just don't see why you would want someone to help you delve into something that will ultimately do you harm. Witchcraft is dealing with forces that are not forgiving and do not have your best interests in mind. You can really screw your life up and the lives of those around you if you mess with it. Use the power of your mind and faith to get what you want and not the diabolical powers of the underworld. Hell will befall you!

It is not cult, that tends to be Christian, it is Occult (of the wise). It is known by few, professed by some, experimented with by many, ridiculed by thousands.

It is hard yards, in simple terms, it is much like Christianity (this will stir the pot), you get out of it, as much as you put into it. Takes a lifetimes' dedication and sometimes you're still not sure if you've got it right.

Then again I haven't seen Christ return yet either.........

So many of these people are so misinformed. I am not referring to you Asker. Wicca is a religion that primarily teaches it's students to be one with Nature. It is not Satanism or evil. Wicca and witchcraft are not cults. Jeez I hate ignorance.

Check out the links below for information. Read everything you can on the web and in books. Go outside and just BE. That's what it's all about. Wicca and the pagan/Noe-pagan practices are Earth/Nature based. And it IS a religion, recognized by the U.S. government.

Wiccan is a religion in its own right, but Witchcraft I can tell you about! It is merely Magick. Magick is a manipulation of energies. Spells simply give us the energies we need to add together to create something new.

i.e. candles are used in love spells because I can take the heat and light energy of the candle flame, and transmute it, using my own inner (metaphysical/psychic/whatever you want to call it) energy as a catalyst, into a red emotion like passion. (though it can also make anger).

If one knows what is needed to create something new, it's possible to do and make almost anything! So that's Magick in a nutshell.
