No. Witchcraft is a craft. It's not a religion. It has no deities to worship, no religious dogma to follow. Also Witchcraft is not Wicca (which IS a religion), therefore Witches who do not practice Wicca do not follow the Wiccan Rede.

Sort of... that depends on what you mean by "Witchcraft"... You capitalize the term, which makes me think you are referring to Wicca. Wicca is basically a nature religion that sometimes, confusingly, calls itself "Witchcraft" (capital "W").
However, witchcraft (small 'w') is not a religion at all. As its name implies, it is a craft, like carpentry. You can be a Christian carpenter, Buddhist carpenter or atheist carpenter... same with witchcraft... you can be a Wiccan witch, pagan witch, Chrsitian witch or atheist witch etc... it's not a religion but a practice, a practical craft that anyone can use or become proficient with.
