Antichrist is not mentioned in the OT. Christ had not yet appeared - so no Antichrist at that point either.
Antichrist appears four times in scripture - all NT
1Jo 2:18 Little children, it is the last time: and as ye have heard that Antichrist shall come, even now are there many Antichrists; whereby we know that it is the last time.
1Jo 2:22 Who is a liar but he that denier that Jesus is the Christ? He is Antichrist, that denier the Father and the Son.
1Jo 4:3 And every spirit that confessed not that Jesus Christ is come in the flesh is not of God: and this is that [spirit] of Antichrist, whereof ye have heard that it should come; and even now already is it in the world.
2Jo 1:7 For many deceivers are entered into the world, who confess not that Jesus Christ is come in the flesh. This is a deceiver and an Antichrist.
I think its in the Book of revelations. If i had more time right now, I would research it for you, but I don't. Revelations has a lot about the CEO's and corporations, excuse me, I mean the Antichrist.
2 Thessalonians 2: 3-11.
3Don?t let anyone deceive you in any way, for [that day will not come] until the rebellion occurs and the man of lawlessness is revealed, the man doomed to destruction. 4He will oppose and will exalt himself over everything that is called God or is worshiped, so that he sets himself up in God?s temple, proclaiming himself to be God.
5Don?t you remember that when I was with you I used to tell you these things? 6And now you know what is holding him back, so that he may be revealed at the proper time. 7For the secret power of lawlessness is already at work; but the one who now holds it back will continue to do so till he is taken out of the way. 8And then the lawless one will be revealed, whom the Lord Jesus will overthrow with the breath of his mouth and destroy by the splendor of his coming. 9The coming of the lawless one will be in accordance with the work of Satan displayed in all kinds of counterfeit miracles, signs and wonders, 10and in every sort of evil that deceives those who are perishing. They perish because they refused to love the truth and so be saved. 11For this reason God sends them a powerful delusion so that they will believe the lie
There are no passages in the OT that speak of an Antichrist. That is a Christian belief, and the OT is entirely Jewish scripture.
I believe Antichrist is only mentioned by name in Revelations (NT). I don't believe there is any passage connecting Antichrist with "witchcraft," although I might be forgetting a passage. I very much doubt "craft" would historically be used to mean "witchcraft."
Edit: in reference to the below, my copy of Daniel 8:25 uses the word "deceit" rather than "craft," which really makes more sense. And as per to dictionary.com, "craft" can mean "Skill in evasion or deception".
So you were probably thinking of Daniel 8:25, but it isn't referencing witchcraft.

It also doesn't reference "anti-Christ." Some Christians may interpret it as referring to the anti-Christ, but Jews, and historians have a very different understanding of it.
Daniel 8:23 And in the latter time of their kingdom, when the transgressors are come to the full, a king of fierce countenance, and understanding dark sentences, shall stand up.
8:24 And his power shall be mighty, but not by his own power: and he shall destroy wonderfully, and shall prosper, and practice, and shall destroy the mighty and the holy people.
8:25 And through his policy also he shall cause craft to prosper in his hand; and he shall magnify himself in his heart, and by peace shall destroy many: he shall also stand up against the Prince of princes; but he shall be broken without hand.
Jesus foretold the coming of Antichrist: ?For false Christs and false prophets will arise and will give great signs and wonders so as to mislead, if possible, even the chosen ones.? And so did the apostle Paul: ?Let no one seduce you in any manner, because [the day of Jehovah] will not come unless the falling away comes first and the man of lawlessness gets revealed, the son of destruction.? Like John, Paul showed that ?the mystery of this lawlessness is already at work,? in his day, and that it was ?according to the operation of Satan.? (Matt. 24:24; 2?Thess. 2:3, 7, 9)
All persons, organizations or groups that falsely claim to represent Christ, that arrogate to themselves the Messianic role or that oppose Christ and his followers can properly be termed Antichrists,
