There are witch schools, where you can learn Wicca or paganism. But you have to believe in it and learn by your own trial and error. But if you mean like Harry Potter...then yes!
if you are talking about harry potter style stuff, i would go if i was accepted (assuming such witchcraft existed). i really do think that if magic like that was real, you would either be born with it or not, it isn't something that could be taught.
as for witchcraft like the kind some pagan religions practice? schools for it already exist. the credibility of some of them is questionable, and you could learn just as much on your own probably, but such schools do exist. trust me, i accidentally ended up on the mailing list for one of them while doing research for a course on religions in college >.<
LOL, there are plenty of events where they run classes. Plus magazines too. Do a go ogle search for PanPagan here in the Midwest, for Circle Sanctuary in the Madison, WI area, and for Circle Magazine. Crone Woman is another magazine to check out. And the magazine Witches, available at Barnes & Noble Bookstores.
The schools that exist for Witchcraft and Wicca training seem to me to have a McWicca, one size fits all approach. For my pentacles, nothing will ever top the one-on-one and small family-style training one gets in a coven environment.
sorcerers apprentice just got made because harry potter was popular, same as wizards of Waverly place,
yes, I would go, as long as we are talking free form or energy control, not the ritualized stuff
