No Hogwarts does not actually exist. You sound as if you dint know much about harry potter (pardon me if that's not true) but Hogwarts is from a fictional series and witches and wizards dint exist.
Technically, in filming the harry potter movies, the castle in which the scenes at Hogwarts are filmed would actually be Hogwarts, but an actual running witch and wizard school? No. Not to us smuggles, anyway...
