Default Witchcraft and wizarding stores? wizardry magik magic spells, etc...?

hi. I'm very much so interested in wizardry even though i am a female. calling my self a witch doesn't seem right. I'm looking for some stores that i can buy this type of stuff at. crystal balls, magic wands, spell books, etc. I'm especially interested in the different books. the old books. the books that will teach me the most. i prefer hand me down, old, worn out books because i feel they give the most pure and the most accurate information. if anyone knows of anywhere i could possibly get passed down such books? i cant find any stores that i can actually walk into and look around. so far i have only found on line stores and that's not what i want. i live in northern California. not much up here. if anyone may possibly know of any stores up here? and if anyone has any information at all on the world of magic please inform me. tips, tricks, warnings, etc. anyone experienced? anyone wanna keep in touch on their discoveries? please and thank you to all of you who have taken the time to read this. have a nice day

p.s. in all honesty i do keep in mind the harry potter stuff. i know that its just a book but i know that some of what is in it is true. i wanna be able to make real magic like the story, not to sound like an immature child. i want to make things happen. i want to fly. i know that i can do it. i just ha vent figured out how to unlock the realm of magik yet. any help would be greatly appreciated

Well, you have a completely skewed version of what *magic* is.

NONE of what is in Harry Potter is real as far as the magic goes, you can't wave a wand and cast a spell.

If you want to practice magic, you'd either have to call yourself a Witch or a Druid, as even male practitioners call themselves WITCHES.

There are no ancient books of magic anywhere, as magic in and of itself is simply a natural force that cannot bend the laws of physics, so you're not going to fly as a result of magic. The best and most powerful magic is created by you, so spells, chants, etc. are most effective when they are created by the person who performs them, not because they are older or have been around longer than anything else.

As a witch with years of experience, I can tell you have a lot to learn if you are seriously interested in witchcraft. It takes time and dedication to learn about the craft and the mindset required to practice it at all.

If you need more information, I'd be happy to help you--I hope you didn't take anything I said as offensive as that was not my aim, I only aim to educate.

First of all, REAL Magic is NOT fictional magic. Magic in stories is NOT real magic. Real magic cannot violate the laws of physics nor the Universe...making things go *poof* and appearing out of nowhere, flying, changing physical form is all FICTIONAL magic...meaning none of it is real.

Also, you do know that acquiring "Things" doesn't make you a Witch, right (Wizard: a term coming into popularity but means nothing more than a fictional male user of magic)? Wands, crystal balls, spell books, cauldrons are just things...anyone can have things.

Witchcraft (while a craft) is a lifestyle...you have to use all of your Self before you can use your "Things". Things are mere aids, they don't hold any magic in them. So you can gather all the things you feel you should have to be a Witch/Wizard, but it won't make you one anymore than owning a rosary makes you a Catholic.

Some things you need to understand first:
here...HTTP://theunbeathenpathsbookofshadows.blogspot.com/search/label/Misconception%20Elaboration
Pay special attention to numbers: 13 and 14, they apply to you

Pay special attention to: 2. 8 and 10.(This was written in frustration so don't take it personally, but contains information one MUST realize if they want to practice any type of magical craft)

Now...if you want to SERIOUSLY participate in the craft...this one will help you (Please **don't** look at this one first!! Read the other two first.)
