Jesus said, quite bluntly, before he went back to heaven, that if anyone showed up in person later and said they were Jesus, we shouldn't believe them. So, yeah, anyone else claiming to be Jesus is lying by definition.
I don't think Jesus did witch stuff. He loved people. In response to everything he did and who he was people went to extraordinary extremeness in trying to understand and explain his impact upon lives and culture.
Yes, the miracles that Jesus did were good things, healing people, etc. The miracles that witches do, by the power of the devil, are evil.
Jesus even said, a house divided against itself cannot stand. So witches, who receive their powers from the devil, cannot do good works. lest hell will crumble.
Jesus performed miracles by the power of the Holy Spirit.
According to the Bible, the power displayed by witches is sourced from anti-God sources.
The Bible is clear that supernatural acts are not sufficient to demonstrate Godly authority. The performing of 'miracles' does not necessarily mean that one is representing God.

The miracles performed by Jesus were done in the name of God. He was always very clear about this. He also usually had an important moral message to deliver surrounding them. Stuff done by witches is done in the name of the Devil, although some will deny this. That is why people are afraid of them and they are persecuted and have had terrible things done to them. There are "white witches" who are not really witches at all but are healers of holistic medicine. They use herbs and spices picked from the wild or grown in herb gardens to make natural healing drinks and poultices, etc. These things often actually can help people as modern medicine got a lot of it's medicines from natural medicine. They also were often midwives, and helped women during childbirth. For instance aspirin comes from willow bark, which used to be brewed or chewed to get the same analgesic effects we get from modern aspirin tablets. Jesus miracles were true miracles not the spells and tricks of a witch.
