Look up the Salem witch trials, the names of the accused were recorded.

You need a setting and time period otherwise most practitioners have their given names which they don't change and they have their craft names which they don't always share with outsiders. Pick a common name for whatever setting you choose. It would also help if you let us know if your character is guilty and not just accused.

Elizabeth, Sarah, Mary, John, Henry, William, Jane, George, Peter, Anna, Rebecca, Tobias, Rachael, Samuel. All of these are pretty timeless names. For surnames, just pick a popular English surname like Smith, Johnson, Black, London, Wentworth, Olden, Pickett, Hall, etc. For an upper-class character, just double-barrel the surname, egg Sir William Undersly-Hall.

Well, is your character actually a witch or are the being wrongly accused?
I advise you to go through popular names in the 1600's and find one that suits your character.

People's names are based on what their parents named them at birth, regardless of what happened to them in adult life. Thus, asking for good names for people accused of witchcraft is a pointless exercise. You need to define a time period for your story and pick appropriate names for that period.

And no, I'm not going to follow your breadcrumbs across Y!A. If you have pertinent information to share for this question, you should post it with this question. We're doing you a favor, after all.
