Is m-shifting and p-shifting Witchcraft?

So I looked it up on line. Apparently, P-shifting is Physical shifting, changing from human form to animal form and M-shifting, is Mental shifting, basically your mind being like that of an animal.

Um, no...sorry, these things are not real-life witchcraft.

Like Crystal Clear, the only thing I could come up with was M-Shifting being a mental shifting, and P-Shifting is physical shifting.

Until this question came up, I had not come across such a thing in my studies or practice.

m-shifting and p-shifting are not real. since they are not real, they are obviously not going to be a part of witchcraft.
