Default Is looking at the weather witchcraft & if not; explain how it isn't ?

I was reading the bible Deuteronomy 18v9 - 11. So is predicting the weather fall under soothsayer or observer of times?

If you decide to answer then you must explain how you came to the conclusion with scripture or some type of evidence, DO NOT! Just say it isn't because that's what you think give a rational answer!
Tatoo why don't you just admit you don't believe in the bible or Jesus.

Your statement on not accepting the bible is lateral, shows everyone your a child of Satan.

This is what I found
9 When you enter the land the LORD your God is giving you, do not learn to imitate the detestable ways of the nations there. 10 Let no one be found among you who sacrifices his son or daughter in [a] the fire, who practices divination or sorcery, interprets omens, engages in witchcraft, 11 or casts spells, or who is a medium or spirits or who consults the dead.

Because prediction is a form of divination, and divination is the subject of heresy.

However, looking at the weather through scientific instrumentation is not witchcraft.

You could call it sorcery if you wanted, though.

It is impossible to give a rational answer to an irrational question. Your question is predicated on the idea that if it's in the bible, it must be true. If you get answers from like minded people, then they may satisfy you, but that doesn't make them rational. Believing something in the absence of any proof is irrational. Sorry.

Jesus said in passing:

Mat 16:2 He replied, "When evening comes, you say, 'It will be fair weather, for the sky is red,'

Mat 16:3 and in the morning, 'Today it will be stormy, for the sky is red and overcast.' You know how to interpret the appearance of the sky, but you cannot interpret the signs of the times.

He said it to a group of people as if it were common knowledge how to predict the weather. So no, "scriptural", there is no reason to believe that predicting the weather is witchcraft.

I wouldn't think so because Jesus in his answer The Pharisees made reference to it, so I would think it was a natural thing to do.

Matt 16:1-4
1The Pharisees also with the Sadducees came, and tempting desired him that he would shew them a sign from heaven.
2He answered and said unto them, When it is evening, ye say, It will be fair weather: for the sky is red.
3And in the morning, It will be foul weather to day: for the sky is red and lo wring. O ye hypocrites, ye can discern the face of the sky; but can ye not discern the signs of the times?
4A wicked and adulterous generation seeker after a sign; and there shall no sign be given unto it, but the sign of the prophet Jonas. And he left them, and departed.
(KJV)

I regret to inform you that just bringing up this subject has condemned you to burn in hell for all eternity. God does not even like a discussion of witchcraft so you are already screwed. Sorry to have to be the one to tell you.

Smart people took note of weather patterns and learned to take an educated guess as to what sort of weather is on the horizon.

Dumb people who take note of little didn't understand and called it evil magic.
