interesting question. last year at college i researched the Salem witch trials, for this reason, no it should not be made illegal. it was a conspiracy based around delusion and fanatical religious ideas which saw the innocent hangings of many. it started off a precedent and never again should it be made legal. what is witch craft anyway? its dying out now there are too many other stronger opposing cults and religions in place.
