Default Did Judaism come into contact with Zoroastrianism? Did they influence each other?

In what ways did they influence each other?

Zoroastrianism is that from ancient Babylon? If it is the Talmud came while Jews were captive there. That might be why the Talmud is so evil cause this paganism got mixed with it.

When Daniel was a leader in Babylon and considered one of their greatest men of wisdom, he no doubt encountered some of the early Zoroastrians who were also considered men of great wisdom. (this was likely before the Zoroastrians went a little strange with their worship of fire).

These early Zoroastrians would have handed down the Jewish Scriptures through the generations, and this is likely how the "magi", ascertained that the Bethlehem star was indicating the birth of the King of the Jews.

Ahura Mazda, the struggle between good and evil. Sure did.
The Zoroastrians were the first with the idea of a single God.
They influenced almost everybody in the middle east and Northern India.
They still exist in India and are known as Parsi there

Yes, they both thrived in the same area, that's how elements of Christianity came about.

God vs The Devil (Zoroastrian's Ahura Mazda (Good God) vs The Devil)

The idea of "only one God" (Zoroastrians were among the few religions to develop a one God rule, before that Jews believed the other gods and goddesses existed but they were to be loyal to the god of Israel).

Heaven and Hell (Zoroastrianism has the same belief as well as Greek influences)

Before that "Satan" was an agent of God and there to test humanity on God's behalf. The "devil" came around when Christianity came about. Same with the idea of heaven and hell. Before that Jews were fatalistic and did not believe in an afterlife, some believe in reincarnation. It was Christianity (with influences of other religions) that created the whole Heaven/Hell thing.

-By the way RC- Zoroastrians do NOT worship fire. Fire is considered symbolic and sacred in Zoroastrianism (much like the cross in Christianity, star of David in Judaism,etc...)

Yes, Zoroastrianism comes from ancient Persia (today's Iran) and existed at the time of early Judaism. It was King (messiah) Cyrus from Persia that conquered Babylon and allowed the Israelites to return from exile in Babylon and to re-establish Judaism in Israel once again. (NOT as gorilla-nitwit says, "...why the Talmud is so evil cause this paganism got mixed with it.")
