Zoroastriism believe in one god,it does not have any similarity with ancient Egypt or Babylon,in fact it is very similar to Vedic religion, and the language of its holy book Avestha is similar to old Sanskrit

The Zoroastrian Satan, originally a servant of God, known as Ahriman, an enemy of God is not seen in ancient Egyptian and Babylonian religions prior to Zoroastrianism (about 1200 BCE. The notion of a savior figure or Zoroastrian Messiah, was also unknown to the Babylonians and Egyptians. The Last Judgment of Zoroastrians was unique as well as the heavenly book in which human actions are inscribed. Resurrection; the final transformation of the earth; paradise on earth or in heaven; and hell. is also Zoroastrian and new to the area. Zoroastrianism were also monotheistic and possibly the first monotheistic religion.
