I'm not sure that it had any. While Zoroastrianism was loosely monotheistic, it also was Dualist - the forces of good battling the forces of evil, which is not a central aspect of Judaism and does not figure in the Torah. Their ritual practices also are completely different - and if they were an influence, either dogma or some ritual would have been held in common.
It definitely had some influence on early Christianity and Islam, both of which have Dualist philosophies within their scripture, but I don't know to what extent.
