The Parsees are now too well settled in India, along with a lot of other pro-Shah and such Iranians that they will not wish to go back, unfortunately.
Like the Baha'i whose base is now in Israel and again, a lot of them live in India as with a whole lot of Afghans who left the fundamentalist Islam and are "reformed" Muslims, whom the Muslims, themselves, have declared gaffers.
Seems India is getting the brunt of most of the imbalances that were caused around them.

I'm sorry, but I had to close my mail and messenger due to the Islamic e-bombs and hate mail I got which I don't have the patience to wade through.
To expand upon the points, the simple thing is that India, which was once the strongest adversary of the Persians [present day Iran] and the later Muslims who incessantly attacked it, became the haven for all those fleeing form the Muslim persecution.
The Zarthoshti or Behdin or Parsees first fled to India when the Muslims invaded their lands and persecuted and killed many of them. They landed in the lands of the Jadi Rana of Gujarat, who is said to have been very hospitable to them and once commented that their speaking a foreign language and wearing foreign clothes would exclude them from being accepted as one of their family. The Parsees, since then, adopted the local language and dress styles and cannot be differentiated from the locals except by the odd Parsee name - like Rustom, If a Parsee has a neutral name like Aryan, you cannot make out if he's a Hindu or a Muslim [who also use that name] or a Parsee, because they look and behave just like the local Hindus because, obviously, they do not wish to be associated with their tormentors - the Muslims.

Parsees are among the richest Communities of India, nowadays, and since the Indian Jews recently left India to become Israelis, the Parsee are in the forefront of Indian Economy and Corporate Industry, a position they were neck to neck with the Jews earlier.
So, considering the fact that they have a lot of money and are well accepted and protected from the Muslims by the locals, I don't see why they'd want to leave all that for the uncertainty of Iran.
In fact, a lot of Indian Jews who had left for Israel have since returned and now operate in Israel from India, because they found the "climate" of Israel a bit too muggy for their comfort. Let's say that it wasn't exactly the same as the kind of life they enjoyed in India, so, ....
The followers of Baha'ullah an Islamic reformist, thought the Muslims will never accept that, were an Iranian group, since Baha'ullah was himself an Iranian and so were all his first followers. Oh, incidentally, while the official version is that the Jadi Rana [King of Gujarat] made it a condition, the Parsee records say that he welcomed them, gave them a lot of land and money to help them build a Community and when they'd invited him and his people to the opening, made the comment, which they felt was wise and adopted. It says that he apologized if he had hurt their sentiment by observing that fact, but, they assured him that his wisdom was welcome.
That is what has been read, by the British Historians, as he commanded them, though there's a subtle difference.
Incidentally, though the Indians [who are not just the Hindus, but also had the first Christian Church built there by the Apostle Thomas when he fled Jerusalem after the crucifixion of Jesus and landed in Cochin in India, where the local King gave him and his people land and help, too; and so many other cultures that were there before the Muslims] defeated the Persians and later the Muslims many times, they did not persecute the immigrant Muslims and they are now a sizable population in India.
They [the Muslims] were always kept at bay by the Hindus and non-Muslim Majority from attacking any of these people and then demanded for a land for the Pure [Muslim] India was getting it's Independence from Britain and created Pakistan [The land of the Pure] taking away two of the most fertile tracts of land from the Indians.
Their latest attempt is to say that Kashmir, a State that once used to be predominantly Hindu and had a Hindu King who gave refuge to the Muslims and is now predominantly Muslims thanks to their nigh birth rates and the fact that all the nuisance created by them forced the Hindus to migrate, and now want that to be given to Pakistan as well.
This time, the Indians are not in a very giving mood.

Actually, the Hindus are now dwindling to a Minority in their own home land because of their hospitality; but everyone else wants the Hindus to stay in power there, because the next highest population there, alone [unlike the shared majority which is Hindu, Christian, Buddhist etc], are the Muslims who are far more united that the others.
Presently all others are backing the Hindus because of the Muslim threat.
Oh, sorry, the "reformed" Pathan or Afhgnan refugees who migrated to India and are, today Indians; are best represented by Shahruh Khan a Pathan Afghan Muslim who created a furor by marrying a Hindu girl Gauri and not insisting on his children being Muslim. There are many more of the Khans who have done things like that, but, this one is most famous.
The Muslims took out a lot of Hate Rallies there when his marriage was announced, but, they couldn't do more than that due to the majority non-Muslim support for Khan. link given below.
A growing number of Indian Muslims are leaving Islam, by the way because they don't want to associate themselves with the fundies who are totally against all their friends and even condemn them as kaffirs.
The good thing, for India, is that the Christian population is almost as much as the Muslims there, though they had a thousand year lead over the Muslims there, and as long they are there, the Muslims don't have a chance. So, now the targets of the Muslims are not the Hindus, who are now in second place on their revised list, but the Christians.
