Christianity is Zoroastrianism's second cousin/grandson.

There are still countries that HAVE Zoroastrian worshipers. They are recognized by the government of Iran as being an "ethnic religion" and legally tolerated in that particular Islamic republic. They also exist in India and parts of other countries in the area.

There are NO countries that consider Zoroastrianism the "Official Religion" of the country, however.

Oh, I'm so glad at least one person knows what Zoroastrianism is and where it is/was practiced! And that at least one person can answer without swearing or making fun at something they don't know and assume to be make believe.
It is quite similar to Christianity and there is a host of theories about that....
What a treasure intelligence is.

Heck, we have a Zoroastrian religious center just up the road from us. It's across the street from the Presbyterian church.

Sad but true, the concept is practiced, but few declare themselves. I find that it almost become more of a government or militia practice but the roots are seated in religion.
